Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns of items purchased on ooakshell.com if they are requested within 21 days of the date your order was shipped.  Preorder items are made to order and considered customs, and are non-refundable.  Returns must receive prior authorization.

Returns and exchanges will be subject to a $5 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. 

Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Sale items

All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Not valid on prior purchases, taxes or shipping and processing charges. Clients must pay applicable sales tax. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. Items purchased are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
